You spend most of your hours indoors. Light, air, temperature, and noise will move sleep and mood more than a new supplement. This is not a $40,000 “biohacking apartment.” It is a darker bedroom, morning sun at a window you actually open, and air that does not smell like a printer.
The free and cheap layer
Bedroom: cool, dark, quiet. Blackout or a decent mask. No overhead blast at 10 p.m. Morning: outdoor light, as Huberman and sleep already said. Air: open a window, or a real HEPA if you cannot. Grounding mats are optional and need a tested outlet. They are not the foundation.
Heat and cold at home: a sauna blanket or sauna if you will use it, a shower for cold. Red light panels belong where you sit, not in a closet (red light). EMF “harmonizers” are usually a sticker. Distance from the router at night is free.
FAQ
Do I need circadian smart bulbs?
Nice. Dim and warm at night plus a lamp you can actually switch is 80% of it.
Is mold a biohacking topic?
If the house is water-damaged and you are sick, that is a building problem, not a binder protocol from a podcast. Get the house looked at.
Will this replace training?
No. It makes sleep and recovery less stupid. Then go lift.
Not a home-inspection or medical service. Carbon monoxide and gas leaks are hardware-store alarms, not a vibe.
